    Blank Task Pane in Planning Analytics for Excel

    Hi all,

    I just had a situation where the Task Pane in PAX/PAfE was showing as blank after logging into TM1, but there were no objects showing. Essentially the Task Pane was empty. It looked like this

    The solution was to go to Excel Options, General and select the radio button beside “Optimize for compatilbility”. You then need to restart Planning Analtyics for Excel.
